Upon receipt and consideration of the DAP Amy Wedel sent over for this project the GC (PCL) decided to make the change over to concrete for this portion of paving at this water treatment facility in Manatee Co. The subcontractor (Florida Structural) feels that the placement process and end result was so good that they will consider concrete going forward on their upcoming projects for Manatee Co.
