Located at the southwest corner of First and Fowler streets at 3466 First Street, this modern-design, 4-story multifamily apartment complex project features 274 units and 467 parking spaces. The apartment community will be built on the former location of the First United Methodist Church. Total project cost will be $73.4 million. It is estimated to add $51.7 million in value to Fort Myers’ tax base. Construction began in the first quarter of 2022 and completion is planned for the second quarter of 2024.
