REGION 4 • Mayflower Master Plan Expansion
The Mayflower Retirement Facility Expansion project set out to extend the facility and provide residents with both additional living quarters and recreational spaces, all while still providing their existing residents peace and comfort around-the-clock. With both high quality architectural and hardscape finishes, UCC Group’s scope of work included: walkways, pavers, site furnishings, Resident Memory Care Building entrance, Memory Care Garden, seatwalls as well as Lakeside Homes vehicular driveways and entrances. UCC Group was able to complete this multi-phased project in a timely manner and hopes its residents will enjoy the beautiful hardscapes for many years to come.
