Casa Devon II are 5 story buildings for affordable housing rental units. This jobsite was a challenge due to nearby school and residential homes very close to jobsite. Staging had to be coordinated ahead of time to avoid issues with neighbors. Drivers had several challenges entering jobsite and washing out. Key communication made a difference.
