The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay Tower II is a 20-story luxury waterfront condominium rising along Sarasota Bay in downtown Sarasota, Florida. The project includes 78 private residences designed to deliver expansive bay views and world-class amenities. Concrete for the structure was supplied by Quikrete Ready Mix, with structural concrete work performed by Reinforced Structures Inc and Moss Construction serving as the general contractor. Approximately 20,000 cubic yards of ready-mix concrete were placed to construct the tower. The concrete structure was completed in January 2026, and the residences are expected to welcome homeowners in Q4 2026.
