REGION 5 • Wheel Base Self Storage
This particular project is being submitted as a Block Strong candidate. The unique thing about this self storage facility is that the units are not rented but rather sold. Each unit is left with an unfinished interior to allow for each individual tenant to complete the build out to their own specifications. Each unit has it’s own bathroom inside as well. While there were no significant challenges on this project, it is clear why block was the product of choice given what these units have the potential to house.
