This project spotlight is on the new $145 million hospital owned by AdventHealth that is being constructed in Palm Coast. Once completed it will have 80 general care rooms and 20 critical care patient rooms, plus an ER department, five operating suites, and heart cath labs. The building is a 4 story, 158,000 square feet, tilt wall construction and unique semi circle shape.
ISE Logik MVRA 900 was added to the concrete slabs to help with moisture mitigation so flooring would not be delayed.
700 new jobs will be brought to Flagler County once the project is completed.
