REGION 7 • River 53 Augercast Grout Foundations
The Miami River Tower Phase 1 (building on the right) will stands at 640 Feet Tall, 54 Levels and housing 632 apartment units. The tower sits directly on the Miami River adjacent to I-95. The building will also have a large mat foundation of 9,000 cubic yards. Total concrete volume will be 70,000 Cubic Yards. GT McDonald is the GC and Tekton Construction will be doing the concrete shell.
