400 Central in downtown St. Pete, which will be the tallest residential building on Florida’s Gulf Coast when it opens in 2024 and will contain 301 condominium units ranging from 1,277 to 5,600 square feet. The deep foundations require approximately 10,000 cubic yards, with some shafts requiring up to 300 yards each.
