The community will comprise horizontal apartments measuring two stories above grade. They will feature
one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes, measuring up to 2,000 square feet. The venture’s estimated to cost $40 million to $45 million to complete. In total, there are 200 units aimed at single families. While the homes will be more expensive than typical multi-family units, developers believe that the amenities will appeal to future residents. Soltura Development Group owns the project. Based in Naples, Florida, the organization presently has three active projects, all of which are in the private recreational and entertainment sectors. Waldrop Engineering is the venture’s civil engineer.
