Casa Devon II are 5 story buildings for affordable housing rental units. This job-site was a challenge due to nearby school and residential homes very close to job-site. Staging had to be coordinated ahead of time to avoid issues with neighbors. Drivers had several challenges entering job-site and washing out. Key communication made a difference.
