This sustainable workforce housing development is welcomed to the Allapattah neighborhood. It’s a ground up 3 story structure with 18 units with balconies. It’s almost ready for families to create dreams into realities. A variety custom mixes were created for this project. In addition to admixtures as DCI were used on this project. Blocks were also used on this project.
