50 MILLION DOLLAR EXPANSION; Orlando Health South Lake Hospital will be adding a five-story patient tower as an extension to the existing 140-bed acute care hospital. This expansion will nearly double the size of current bed count, as well as bring new services to the community. The completed tower will allow for an expanded intensive care unit. The expansion is anticipated to be completed in late fall 2023.
