The Grand Oaks Apartment Complex broke ground over a year ago. The project is located on Suntree Boulevard. and N. Wickham Road in Melbourne, Florida.
DFI Inc. is the General Contractor on the project and performed most of this project in-house. Grand Oaks Apartment Complex consists of over 12,000 yards of concrete and 400,000 concrete block units.
The complex will feature more than 200 apartment units which include a total of eight apartment buildings. The three-story buildings will house 16, 22, or 28 apartments per building. In all, Grand Oaks features 22 concrete block buildings.
