Michael is the President & CEO of Chase. His company specializes in the development of mixeduse properties. Michael has earned awards such as “Florida State Award of Excellence” for his project Deerwood Lake Mixed-Use Development/Jacksonville, and “Urban Land Institute’s Award of Excellence” for the San Marco Place Mixed-Use Development/Jacksonville.
Michael discussed the vision of his company as well as others visions/plans for our downtown area. He also updated Region 2 on projects that have started and ones that are in the planning stages.
