The Chart House Project is an 8 Story Structure on Clearwater Beach. Concrete construction began in Sept 2024 and was substantially complete in April 2025. 7,248.5 Yds of Concrete were poured on the project. The project contained varying concrete strengths from 3000 psi to 8600 psi. The bulk of the concrete placed was a 6000 Psi Early Strength Mix. 324.5 yds of concrete contained fiber. The project also used 229.5 yds worth of Penetron Water Proofing Admixiture.
