Tony, Janette, John & Roger met with the Clay County Engineering & Public works group on 8/23/19. They met with Nelson Anderson; Project Manager, Daniel Eisman; Deputy Director and Dale Smith; Director. They discussed alternate methods of rehabilitation of paving on CR 315C. Deep stabilization with cement with asphalt topping was discussed as well as a concrete alternate. While there, Roger was given the site info including borings and asked to submit his suggestions. They were also allowed to present concrete streets, concrete overlays and parking lot alternatives. It was a great meeting and there will be follow-up meetings to come.
