The Demarcay, located in downtown Sarasota, Florida, is a luxury residential high-rise that blends modern design with historic preservation. A total of 12,886 cubic yards of concrete were supplied by Argos for the project. One of the most unique aspects of the build was the preservation of the original façade from a historic cigar factory and hotel that once stood on the site.
