Soltura at East Terry is coming to Bonita Springs, Florida. The “small little homes” will sit on 20 acres, according to Naples Daily News. The community will comprise horizontal apartments measuring two stories above grade.rnThey will feature one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes, measuring up to 2,000 square feet. The venture’s estimated to cost $40 million to $45 million to complete. In total, there are 200 units aimed at single families. While the homes will be more expensive than typical multi-family units, developers believe that the amenities will appeal to future residents.rnEach home will come with a private backyard, suitable for pets and children. The community will also offer two entrances, making it easily accessible. Right now, the venture is presently seeking site plan approvals. If everything goes according to plan, site work will begin in the fourth quarter of 2022 and end by April 2024. Soltura Development Group owns the project. Based in Naples, Florida, the organization presently has three active projects, all of which are in the private recreational and entertainment sectors. Waldrop Engineering is the venture’s civil engineer.
