A 334-unit apartment tower addition in the heart of Tampa’s Art District. The 32-story building enriches the local arts scene by seamlessly integrating luxury apartment living with Tampa’s vibrant cultural hub. Crews broke ground on the building in May of 2022 after more than ten years of delays. Plans for the tower were first introduced in January 2013 and were reworked several times to meet the demands of city officials and leadership at the adjacent Straz Center. Neighboring streets Cass and Tyler even had to be reconfigured to create the 1-acre parcel where the building now stands.
