The Lakehouse Residence is a custom home with many features. On the concrete side they wanted a decorative exposed wall in white tone. Custom mixes were created for this special request. Several mockups were made until we reach the one that was picked by the owner. In addition to the combinations of mixes we also used Penetron on this project.
