Parks of Delray a residential Garden Style Community, will be ready soon. Phase 1 (Savio) had there topping off event last week in record time. Mixes were custom made and ranged from 3000 PSI to 7000 PSi. Phase 1 consists of 1-5 story apt Building, 2 -3 story apt building, 2 – 2 story townhouse building.
