This Duplex was completed in 10 months, both sides have 3 bedrooms.  Several mixes were used in the construction of this duplex. From 3000 psi to 4000 psi & 3000 Course masonry grout was used for the fill cells.  The challenge on this jobsite was the delivery times since this lot is in a residential neighborhood early times were impossible.  Drivers had to have extra precaution washing out, entering and leaving this job.
